So nice to be back to some sense of normal- kids starting back to school today, regular workouts for the week, nice sore muscles from @pickleback yesterday- great start to our Thursday!!

We moseyed to the House of Pain- great place to start our theme of 11’s!!
Our first set was all together to get our heart rates up. Burpees and Hello Dollys! A total of 55 burpees will get you moving for sure!!! Once complete, it was a wall sit until the group was done.
We then split up into groups and used the sidewalks from the house of pain to do sets. We each got to do 2 sets of exercises before we ran out of time.

We then held a plank while doing our COT- just to be sure we were really good, then a nice little mosey back to the parking lot.
