We started by running to the end of the parking lot and back. We then did arm circles, front & back, as well as seal claps, 15 IC.
We split up into two sides, one with 5 and one with 4.
While the first side did 25 reps of an exercise, the other side did AMRAP of a different exercise. We were able to do the set 3 times.
25 squats – bicep curls
25 calf raises – overhead triceps extension
26 lunges – hammer curls
25 mountain climbers – crunches
25 high knees – raggedy ann’s
