1000 Rep Challenge – Remix

It was a small, but determined group today.  I made a workout, then looked at the weather :/ So back to the ol’ book of past workouts I went to grab one so we could stay dry under the shelter.  The looks I got when I told the ladies that we were doing a 1000 Rep Challenge was less than enthusiastic, but they pushed through and we got it done!!

Warm Up:

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 20(ish) Imperial Walkers
  • 20(ish) windmills

The Thang:

We did 10 exercises (some with a few adjustments after the first 2 rounds) for 4 rounds.  We went through all 10 exercises at 40 reps, then 30 reps, then 20 reps, then 10 reps with a run in between each round.

  • High Knees Toe Touches (40-30-20-10)
  • Squats (40-30), Squat Jumps (20-10)
  • Push Ups (40-30), Thruster Push Ups (20-10)
  • Mountain Climbers (40-30-20-10)
  • Lunges (40-30), Lunge Jumps (20-10)
  • Triceps Dips (40-30-20), Burpees (10)
  • LBC’s (40-30), Big Boys (20-10)
  • Supermans (40-30), Divebombers (20-10)
  • Plank Shoulder Taps (40-30-20-10)
  • Air Humpers (40-30), 6″ In-Outs (20), Rock the boat (10)
  • Run the circle after each round.

We finished right on time and remained mostly dry!  Thanks for joining me ladies!!
