We attempted three different Pinterest-inspired 10 minute workouts this morning. We made it through all but the last two arms exercises. We probably would’ve gotten those in, as well, if we hadn’t taken a 1 minute break halfway through the Cardio set. πŸ™‚

Warm Up in Cadence:

10 cotton picker extensions
