We attempted three different Pinterest-inspired 10 minute workouts this morning. We made it through all but the last two arms exercises. We probably would’ve gotten those in, as well, if we hadn’t taken a 1 minute break halfway through the Cardio set. 🙂

Warm Up in Cadence:
10 windmills
10 cotton picker extensions
10 toy soldiers
10 arm circles forward
10 arm circles backward
10 jumping jacks

The Thang:

10 Minute Abs
• Bicycle Crunches (30 sec)
• Elbow Plank (45 sec)
• Straight Leg Lifts (x10)
• Russian Twists (x16 doubles)
• Mountain Climbers (30 sec)
• Rest (15 sec)
• Superman Plank (x8)
• Side Plank Left (45 sec)
• Windshield Wipers (x8)
• Side Plank Right (45 sec)
• Bicycle Crunches (30 sec)
• Mountain Climbers (30 sec)

10 Minute Cardio: do each exercise for 1 minute
• Reverse Lunge to Front Kick (right leg)
• Side to Side Jump Squats
• Single Leg Glute Bridge (right leg)
• Skaters
• Standing Long Jump
• Reverse Lunge to Front Kick (left leg)
• Side to Side Jump Squats
• Single Leg Glute Bridge (left leg)
• Skaters
• Standing Long Jump

10 Bodyweight Arm Exercises: do each exercise x15
• Plank up – lie flat on stomach, then rise into elbow plank
• Carolina Dry Docks
• Side-lying Tricep Press (each side)
• Superman + Lat Pull
• Staggered Arm Push-Ups (each side)
• Crouching Tiger Triceps
• Plank Punches
• Tricep Dips
• Plank Up/Downs
• T-Rotation on Elbows
