We started with a few basic stretches for our arms and legs.

The Thang
We did a quick warm up lap around the whole parking lot and jumped down onto our mats to start our exercises.
1 min of bicycles
15 sec rest
1 min of push-ups
15 sec rest
1 min of Russian Twists
15 sec rest
1 min of donkey kicks -30 sec each leg
We then took another lap around the whole parking lot again.

The PAX did this 4X, each time after finishing a round of exercises we took a lap around the parking lot. We modified the push-ups each round to do a different kind of exercises. We did plank shoulder taps and slow up &down push-ups too.

We finished right on time with some stretches, a nameorama & some prayers for our loved ones.

Thank you ladies for coming out Thursday mornings. YOU ALL ROCK!! It’s nice to have friends that want to workout and be a little better everyday. I appreciate you all!! You help me get out of bed every week.
