Warm up: butt kicks, high knees, jumping jacks, forward bend stretch, arm circles. Run the loop.

 

Stations (1 min each)

1 The Hero (side squat shuffle)

2 Push  ups

3 Lunges

4 Dumbbell punches (5lbs)

5 Russian twist (10 lb med ball)

6 Jumping jacks

7 Pass stability ball hands to feet (laying on back)

8 KB swings (15 lb or 5 lb)

9 Plank

10 Overhead triceps extension

11 Squats (5lbs)

12 Dirty girls (hip thrusters)

13 Mountain climbers

14 Fire hydrants

15 Crunches

 

Last 5 min: Roll exercise die
