Warm up

  • Jumping jacks
  • Windmills
  • Arm circles

The Workout

  • Jog to fountain by greenway: 30 push ups, 30 tricep dips, 30 peter parkers x 2 rounds
  • Jog to circle path: 1 partner does abs, 1 runs lap. Runners are the timer.
    • Straight leg lifts
    • Plank, open to right side, plank, open to left side
    • Down dog to plank
    • In boat position, bicycle
  • Squats: 10 pulses, stand up, 9 pulses, up, 8 pulses, up, etc.
  • Jog to Elizabeth/Kings
    • 1 min plank with alt leg circles
    • 30 sec right side plank
    • 30 sec left side plank
  • Run up hill to clocktower, lunge circuit:
    • Side lunge to curtsy lunge, side lunge to front cross lunge x 10/leg
    • Single leg deadlift with pistol squat x 10/leg
    • Lunges: pulse 2x for forward lunge, 2x back lunge pulse x 10/leg

From there, we made our way back to the CPCC parking lot.
